- Ongoing tasks will always be allowed to complete, even if it puts you into a negative balance.

### Do my monthly credits roll over?  
Unused credits from monthly subscription plans do not roll over to the next month. On-demand credit packs, however, do not expire and will remain in your account until used.

Administrators on Pro and Premium plans can monitor team-wide credit balance and usage history in the organization dashboard under the 'Usage' section.
